John Wesley School is a Christian, independent primary school situated in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. It has served the Pinetown and greater Highway region with distinction since its establishment in 1977.

Children from the age of five years upwards have access to our school readiness program (Grade R) in the superbly equipped pre-primary facility at John Wesley School. (Due to the economic impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic John Wesley School closed its Grade 000/00 Class at the end of 2023).
Transformation, in line with the needs of contemporary South African society, is a priority and a study of the history of the school indicates that the need for a transformed society in our country was grasped and understood by the management and personnel long before the fall of institutionalised Apartheid.
