    Intersen Phase Prizegiving Ceremony

    By Lilian Corden-Lloyd | JWS Community News | Comments are Closed | 3 December, 2025 | 0

We recently celebrated our Intersen Phase Prizegiving, a special occasion that recognises the hard work, dedication, and growth of our learners.

This annual event is an important part of the John Wesley School journey, as it allows us to honour academic excellence, commendable character, and the God-given talents displayed throughout the year. Surrounded by proud teachers, supportive families, and joyful classmates, our learners shone brightly as they received their well-deserved awards. Our special Guest was Rev. Brenda Timmer, or Aunty Brenda as our children fondly called her when she served at the Pinetown Methodist Church. Rev. Timmer guided the school spiritually for many years.
