This year, the Grade 1 learners embarked on an exciting end-of-year outing to Flag Animal Farm, leaving them delighted by the immersive experience.
The children explored farm life firsthand, learning about a wide variety of animals, including cows, chickens, goats, lizards, snakes, and tortoises.
Flag Animal Farm, widely regarded as KwaZulu-Natal’s premier and largest rescue animal farm, provided an ideal setting for this educational adventure. Known for its passion and commitment to animal welfare, the farm offers a safe haven where animals are cared for with love and dedication. The outing not only broadened the learners’ understanding of farm animals but also highlighted the importance of compassion and rescue efforts in animal care.
