Parent Representatives on the Board of Governors

We are most fortunate to have a dedicated group of Parent Representatives on our Board of Governors that represent the interests of our parent body with distinction.

Their input is invaluable when it comes to making strategic decisions that impact on the development of our school.

In an effort to extend our reach and generate as much input from our parent body as possible, we conduct a client satisfaction survey on an annual basis that invites contributions and opinions from parents on issues that affect them on a daily basis within the John Wesley School community.

We wish to improve this channel of communication even further and accordingly, we have established an e-mail address that links our Parent Representatives on the Board of Governors with all members of our parent body.

In so doing, we have created the opportunity for parents to raise concerns or relevant issues directly with their Parent Representatives on the Board of Governors on an ongoing basis.

Please note that this e-mail address is exclusively accessible by our Parent Representatives and is not accessible to the management of the school. We wish to foster open and honest communication with parents and we encourage our parents to do so without fear of reprisal.

Our one stipulation is that this e-mail address be used to raise relevant issues and not as a conduit for application or enrolment requests. All enrolment requests must be forwarded to marketing@jwesleyptn.co.za or prin@jwesleyptn.co.za.

We wish to assure our parents that any communication between them and their Parent Representatives will be handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality is guaranteed. Our Parent Representatives will bring pertinent issues raised via this e-mail medium to the attention of the Board of Governors for discussion.
